Augusta Water has a long history of protecting your privacy and our concern for your privacy in the electronic age remains a diligently exercised priority. Our Internet privacy policy is:

• You do not have to give us personal information to visit our site.
• We will collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, or other unique identifier) only if specifically and knowingly provided by you.
• Personally identifying information you provide will be used only in connection with Augusta Water programs and services or for such other purposes as are described at the point of collection.
• Web Server Activity - Like most Web servers on the Internet, Augusta Water servers collect and store within Web access logs all of the information that your Web browser sends when it requests a Web page, including:

  • The date and time you accessed our site
  • The Internet address of the Web page where your inquiry originated
